The Elite Wood Fire Spa is a stunning wooden hot tub that combines features built for pure relaxation. The spacious design of this off-grid hot tub allows you to fit up to 8 people in it at once. It also comes in a beautiful white colour that is clean and welcoming. The white finish combined with the Scandinavian thermowood design gives it an aesthetic look that is very appealing to the eye. The hot tub is powered by a fuel heater which burns both softwood and hardwood to heat the water in an impressive time of 1.5 – 2.5 hours. It also holds up to 317 gallons of hot water and you get a stirring paddling to easily circulate the water.
This hot tub comes with an insulated lid which helps to keep your water warmer for longer. The Elite Wood Fire Hot Tub also comes with a wood treatment to prevent it from rotting and increase the length of the wood’s lifespan. So back in 2020 we had a few holidays cancelled due to some pandemic and we were feeling a little down and kind of missing that tropical feeling. So at work one day I decided if we cannot get to those places then bring them places to us 😁 A hot tub, sun loungers, a few palm tree’s and Voila! our own little tropical paradise. The hot tub was delivered on the day agreed and the delivery person rang to confirm the delivery time. Delivery of such a large bulky item was very impressive, skill fully manoeuvred into an ideal position under our gazebo. A fully demonstration of the Gecko controls were given with a complimentary pack of chemicals to control the water condition. The delivery was very efficient and conscientious taking around 45 minutes. I’d fully recommend to any potential hot tub buyers.

I ordered my spa on Thursday and had it delivered on Tuesday 13 July very quick turnaround paul was very helpful with all the questions I asked for me to make a decision on which tub I want , we’ll I must say when taj and Jimmy came and delivered my tub yesterday they were very chatty and helpful and and was amazing guys they installed my tub guided me through how it all works nothing was to much trouble for these guys , if anyone is thinking off buying a hot tub I would defo recommend these guys 5 stars all the way here is some pictures off my tub been installed happy shopping people and thanks again to all the staff very smooth process.

I paid a small deposit when ordered with the remaining balance requested to be paid on the day of delivery. The tub was delivered and installed on 16 November 2020. I received advance notice from the delivery team regarding their arrival time, they arrived when they said they would. The tub was off-loaded, positioned and installed by Paul and his colleague, their work ethic was second to none and totally professional. Just had my hot tub delivered today. It was a really awkward delivery, through tight gaps & up several steps, but not a problem for Taj & James who delivered it & installed it. All hot tub deposits are non-refundable once your order has been placed with our Logistics Team. The deposit varies from £49 and secures your hot tub from the factory. Once your order has been placed, your order will be passed on to our Logistics Team who will contact you by text with a delivery date.

In Stock – If your hot tub is in stock when you order, depending on our workload at the time of order, it will typically be delivered within 7 to 21 days from order. During peak times, delivery slot allocation can take longer and it may take us longer to deliver your hot tub. Please email us if you have any questions.
1 year parts and labour warranty from your spa dealer.
Extensive Manufacturer’s warranty including 5 Years No Leak Shell Warranty, 5 Years Frame Structure Warranty, 2 Year Shell Surface Warranty and more.
Choose to pay a £99 deposit or pay in full through our secure online checkout using a Credit or Debit Card.
Any remaining balance is due 24 hours before delivery and can be paid by bank transfer.
A two-man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden. Please note that a minimum of 1 metre width is required if we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1 metre width also note that if the hot tub is 2 meters long it will require 2.5 meters of clearance before it can be turned). Please contact us if you are unsure about this.
Once our team have got your spa into your chosen location, our team will lower the spa and move this into it’s final position for you. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product and will ensure that your property is left neat and tidy.
Delivery Upgrades
Full Install – this includes our standard delivery process, but our delivery and installation team will also connect your spa (electrics must be pre installed), we will begin to fill your spa with water and guide you through your chemical kit and water maintenance, our team will also guide you through on how your spa operates which includes a tutorial on the spa control panel, setting your filter cycles and ensuring your spa is ready to be used. The final process would be putting your steps into position and ensuring your cover is unwrapped and fitted on your spa.
Full Install and Electrical Installation – Subject to availability, we have a team of qualified electricians who can install your hot tub electrics during our delivery process – please get in touch with us for a quote. Many customers find that a local trusted electrician can be a quicker and easier option.
Please also note that crane services are not included in any of our delivery packages. If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery, please contact us for further information and pricing. You can also email over some photos of access and we’ll liaise with our Logistics Manager.
