The hot tub was delivered on the day agreed and the delivery person rang to confirm the delivery time. Delivery of such a large bulky item was very impressive, skill fully manoeuvred into an ideal position under our gazebo. A fully demonstration of the Gecko controls were given with a complimentary pack of chemicals to control the water condition. The delivery was very efficient and conscientious taking around 45 minutes. I’d fully recommend to any potential hot tub buyers.Thank you.

I ordered my spa on Thursday and had it delivered on Tuesday 13 July very quick turnaround paul was very helpful with all the questions I asked for me to make a decision on which tub I want , we’ll I must say when taj and Jimmy came and delivered my tub yesterday they were very chatty and helpful and and was amazing guys they installed my tub guided me through how it all works nothing was to much trouble for these guys , if anyone is thinking off buying a hot tub I would defo recommend these guys 5 stars all the way here is some pictures off my tub been installed happy shopping people and thanks again to all the staff very smooth process.

I paid a small deposit when ordered with the remaining balance requested to be paid on the day of delivery. The tub was delivered and installed on 16 November 2020. I received advance notice from the delivery team regarding their arrival time, they arrived when they said they would. The tub was off-loaded, positioned and installed by Paul and his colleague, their work ethic was second to none and totally professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking to buy a hot tub from a professional and reliable company. Now time for a soak...

From placing the order the 13th October to having it fully installed, up and running by lunchtime on the 19th October. Taj and Abdullah rang us in good time, arrived when they said they would and the install was a dream. Fully demonstrated how it all worked and give us some good tips. Great lads and great banter…hope you dried out before the next install Taj 🤣. Overall a very professional, customer focused business. Highly recommended and should I ever need to buy another I won’t be going anywhere else…

All hot tub deposits are non-refundable once your order has been placed with our Logistics Team. The deposit varies from £49 and secures your hot tub from the factory. Once your order has been placed, your order will be passed on to our Logistics Team who will contact you by text with a delivery date.

Stock Status Meaning

Please check whether the hot tub you are ordering is In Stock or on Pre Order.

On Pre Order – Please note that your hot tub may take 8 to 26 weeks to be delivered. Contact us for a more specific timeline.

In Stock – If your hot tub is in stock when you order, depending on our workload at the time of order, it will typically be delivered within 7 to 21 days from order. During peak times, delivery slot allocation can take longer and it may take us longer to deliver your hot tub. Please email us if you have any questions.

1 year parts and labour warranty from your spa dealer.

Extensive Manufacturer’s warranty including 5 Years No Leak Shell Warranty, 5 Years Frame Structure Warranty, 2 Year Shell Surface Warranty and more.

Choose to pay a £49 deposit or pay in full through our secure online checkout using a Credit or Debit Card.

Any remaining balance is due 48 to 24 hours before delivery and can be paid by bank transfer.

A two-man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden. Please note that a minimum of 1 metre width is required if we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1 metre width also note that if the hot tub is 2 meters long it will require 2.5 meters of clearance before it can be turned). Please contact us if you are unsure about this.

Once our team have got your spa into your chosen location, our team will lower the spa and move this into it’s final position for you. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product and will ensure that your property is left neat and tidy.

For every sale, we plant two trees: one for you, one for us.
