Terms and Conditions for Warranty on pre-owned / pre-loved / used hot tubs

Bluefish Hot Tubs supply a comprehensive warranty on used hot tubs from the date of placement in your property.


The warranty is offered on the basis that:

  • The hot tub is connected to a certified, suitable electrical supply by a qualified electrician.
  • The Hot Tub is used in accordance with reasonable and sensible use.
    Upon inspection, if we deem that misuse of the tub has occurred and there is evidence to confirm this, we may refuse the warranty claim and /or charge for engineering time.
 

Used Hot Tubs

Are supplied with a 90 day parts and labour warranty from the date of placement. This covers the hot tub for sudden mechanical failure.

 

What is covered under the warranty

Pumps, electrical control packs, topside control panels for sudden mechanical and sudden electrical failure.Where a listed component fails due to normal wear and tear, an allowance may be offered against a failed component.

 

What is not covered under warranty

Acrylic Shell, water leaks, any Audio visual equipment ( eg speakers,tvs, Bluetooth), lighting. Covers, cover lifters,steps, cabinet panelling , air or water divert valves, water or air jets, headrests, drain valves, steps

 

How to make a claim

  1. Notify us of the issue as soon as is reasonably possible. Photos and videos will be requested along with a copy of the invoice confirming the electrical connection made by a qualified electrician.
  2. Supply us with your hot tub invoice number
    Upon receipt of this documentation, we will make an assessment of the issue and advise accordingly. We will endeavour to repair the tub as soon as is reasonably possible.
 

All pre-owned hot tubs are sold as seen. Any existing damage or imperfections will be clearly stated in the product description and/or shown in the images. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the hot tub as described. Cancellations or refunds due to stated damages will not be accepted.

If the hot tub is rejected at the time of delivery, a delivery charge will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
